"We believe many employers Blora are able and willing to participate in the management of old oil wells," said Deputy Chairman of Commission B DPRD Blora, Legyono, Saturday (9/6).
According to Commission B has been in talks with PT Blora Patra Energy (BPE) as the district government owned companies that have management authority in Blora old oil wells.
The reason for this investor is coupled PT BPE in the management of the old well from outside Blora.
According Legyono, many investors from outside or from Blora who have an interest in participating in the management of old wells.

They were ready to disburse its own funds to produce oil from the wells by the Dutch.

Old oil wells in Blora estimated to number in the hundreds or even thousands. Current that has been attempted only about 36 managed by PT BPE, 24 wells by Wargo KUD and Farmers Prosperous District Jiken 38 wells by the enterprises of Central Java and 282 old wells that never run Pertamina Kokapraya Cooperative.
Managing Director (CEO) PT BPE, Christian Prasetya, agreed with the exclusion of the demands of local employers in the management of old wells. "We agree with that," he said.
